Bank of Spain form– ETE form - 20th January 2020
According to the Bank of Spain, Spanish resident companies and individuals are required to report every financial transaction and the position of assets and liabilities held abroad. This obligation will not arise when the total amount of the abovementioned operations does not exceed one million euros, unless it is required by The Bank of Spain for this purpose.
Foreign Trades – D6 form – 31st January 2020
Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade requires, when appropriate, the information related to the equity position of the investments held abroad.
Spanish Tax Authorities – 720 form – 31st March 2020
This in an informative form which reflects the final position of the assets held abroad during the previous year.
